No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning service. However, you are welcome to stay if you prefer.

We try to assign the same cleaners to each home to provide consistency and build a relationship with our clients. However, there may be occasions when a different cleaner is assigned due to scheduling or unforeseen circumstances.
Yes, we offer eco-friendly cleaning options upon request. Please let us know if you prefer green cleaning products, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
We accept cash, checks, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.
We recommend providing us with a key or access code to your home or office to ensure that we can provide consistent service. However, if you prefer to be present during the cleaning service, we can accommodate that as well.
We recommend scheduling a deep cleaning service at least once every six months to ensure that your home or office is thoroughly cleaned. However, the frequency of deep cleaning services may vary depending on the size of the space and the level of use.
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Check our cancellation policy bellow.
Our company understands that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning service. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home.
For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message with the agreed upon time, there will be a $50 charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding the policy we have instituted. We are happy to serve you.
