Hello, I’m Lorhany, CEO of Lorhany’s Cleaning Services and I am excited to share with you a little bit about my story, how I built our business, and what makes us unique.
House cleaning was also my mother’s job, I started working as her helper, and it was with her that I learned to work hard and value each customer, giving my best to meet and exceed their expectations. After my mother returned to our homeland, I continued working. I worked in house cleaning companies for some time, when I decided to trust myself more, open my own company and look for new clients by myself, because I was already sure that I would build a clientele, and so it was.
In 2009 I got my first customer and biggest supporter, who always pushed me to grow more and more. In 2022, I started the process to grow the company, hiring employees, and increasing investment in marketing and advertising. Each new employee is checked and trained to better serve our customers and as CEO I make sure that everyone is fully capable of doing our job with quality and safety for our customers.
We are a team of hardworking professionals who share the same passion and dedication to making lives easier, offering the best experience for every customer. We take great pride in our work and strive to exceed our customers’ expectations with every cleaning. Hearing our customers’ positive feedback and appreciation after a job well done brings us great joy. It is a testament to the quality of work we provide and the trust we have built with our clients.
