If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning services, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will send a professional back to your home or office to redo the areas you are not happy with. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to exceed your expectations with every cleaning.

Please note that we cannot guarantee satisfaction for any requests made after 24 hours of the cleaning. We encourage you to inspect your home or office after the cleaning is completed and let us know of any issues as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy

Our company understands that unforeseen things happen, and that occasionally you may need to cancel the cleaning service. For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home.

For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message with the agreed upon time, there will be a $50 charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding the policy we have instituted. We are happy to serve you.

Extra Service Policy

At Lorhany’s Cleaning Services, we offer a range of additional services to complement our regular cleaning offerings. Of course, you should order a deep clean at least once a year to reach all points of your house, but you can order an extra service where you think need to be cleaned during your regular cleaning.

To schedule any of these additional services, please contact us in advance so we can ensure that we have the necessary resources and time to complete the job to our high standards. Prices for extra services may vary depending on the scope of the work and the amount of time required.

We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. However, we recommend at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of extra services, or at least at the beginning of the job.

Please note that any additional services are subject to availability and may not be available at all times. We will do our best to communicate any limitations or restrictions on extra services when you book your appointment.
